That's why we have established Employee Resource Groups that are officially recognized professional associations made up of people from similar backgrounds as well as those who support them.

Each month, Employee Resource Group Leaders meet with our Diversity Department to plan company activities promoting diverse interests, backgrounds and lifestyles of our employees. Best of all, each group is represented on our Corporate Diversity Council to help enhance diversity recruitment efforts, improve policies and programs, and reach out to the communities we serve. Together, we’re working to ensure that diversity is always the reality with us.
