President and CEO, PSA

Keith Houk serves as president and chief executive officer for PSA Airlines, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of US Airways Group. Houk joined US Airways’ subsidiary, PSA Airlines as president and CEO.

In 1992, Houk was selected as vice president, US Airways Express division for US Airways in their Washington, D.C. headquarters. In this position, he was responsible for all the US Airways Express operators under contract to US Airways.

Houk was named president and chief executive officer of Allegheny Airlines, Inc. d/b/a US Airways Express, in September 1997. Following Allegheny’s merger into Piedmont in 2004, he served as Piedmont’s president and CEO. Piedmont is a wholly owned subsidiary of US Airways Group. Houk returned to PSA Airlines, Inc. as president, chief executive officer in January 2005.

Houk received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Ohio University in 1969. After graduation, he joined the United States Air Force where he became a Fighter Pilot stationed in Germany. Houk left military service having attained the rank of Captain in 1974 to join the airline industry.
