Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer
Brad Jensen is US Airways’ senior vice president and chief information officer. In his role he has primary responsibilities that include overseeing all information technology (IT)-related acquisitions and services.
Jensen joined US Airways in January 2009 from Southlake, Texas-based Sabre Holdings Corporation where he served as senior vice president, air services. As senior vice president, Jensen oversaw a team of approximately 450 employees and was responsible for the product development of all aspects of air service products used by Sabre’s various business units. Prior to joining Sabre, he spent 16 years with American Airlines as manager, schedule planning. Over time, he gained experience in the areas of scheduling, planning and pricing. Jensen’s initial airline experience began in 1977 with Southern Airways, Inc.
Jensen holds a Bachelor of Science in physics from the University of Utah and a Master of Science, operations research from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business.
