US Airways offers its customers the option to personalize and improve their online experience by creating a user profile in connection with a Dividend Miles account. Customers are not required to create a profile to purchase a ticket. A profile is required to access specific areas of the website, including Dividend Miles Account Access, Dividend Miles Award Reservations and My Online Reservations. If a customer chooses to create a profile, the following information is required: first and last name, address, phone number and email address. If a user forgets his or her password, then the user is required to answer five pre-established password recover questions. The answers to these questions are entered when the profile is created. 1. The Dividend Miles member to whom that password or personal identification number is assigned (the "Authorized Dividend Miles member");
2. A family member, employee, or authorized individual of the Authorized Dividend Miles Member, acting with the Authorized Dividend Miles Member's permission.
As a condition of the use of the Site, you agree to indemnify US Airways and its suppliers from and against any and all liabilities, expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) and damages arising out of claims resulting from your use of the Site.
Transportation of passengers, baggage and cargo on US Airways or its codeshare partners is subject to the terms and conditions contained within the carriers’ Contract of Carriage, in addition to any terms and conditions specified on the Site, printed on or in a ticket jacket, ticket receipt, or in any published schedule. By purchasing a ticket and accepting transportation, the passenger agrees to be bound by such terms and conditions. This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the state of New York without reference to its conflicts of law provisions which would result in the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.
