We keep lost and found items at the airport where the item was found for approximately seven days. Check with your local airport for more information.
If your bag is damaged, please notify a US Airways representative within four hours of arrival when traveling in the U.S., and within seven days of arrival when traveling outside the country. You must report damages in person at the airport.
If you bag hasn't been returned to you within five days of your arrival, you’ll need to fill out and submit a passenger property form.
