US Airways Do Crew
The US Airways Do Crew is the cornerstone of the airline's Community Relations program. The compassionate and dedicated corps of employee volunteers participates in community-based projects on a monthly basis in Boston, Charlotte, Las Vegas, New York, Philadelphia, Phoenix, Pittsburgh, Washington, DC and Winston-Salem.
Destination: Serve the Nation
US Airways employees throughout the airline’s route system participate in Destination: Serve the Nations, a nationwide annual effort to volunteer for projects that make a positive impact in the communities in which we fly.
"Flights for 50"
To recognize employees who demonstrate their dedication to the community through volunteerism, US Airways has developed the "Flights for 50" program which
honors those employees who volunteer at least 50 hours in a calendar year for a nonprofit organization on their choosing. Upon completion of the volunteer time requirement, the employee's preferred nonprofit organization may be eligible to receive a donation of travel.
