**Tickets are for select travel days Monday-Thursday and must be purchased by May 7, 2006. Travel is valid April 25, 2006 – August 31, 2006, and tickets must be purchased at least 14 days prior to departure. Reservations must be ticketed within 24 hours. Roundtrip travel required. Three-day minimum stay required, and a 30-day maximum stay. Seats may be limited for the month of June in Turks & Caicos.

Taxes/fees: Do not include September 11th Security fee of $2.50 per flight segment, up to $10.00 per itinerary, federal segment fees of $3.30 per flight segment (a segment is defined as a takeoff and a landing) or Passenger Facility Charges of $9-18, depending on itinerary. Prices also do not include international departure or arrival taxes, immigration fees, health fees or special facility charges of up to $117. Tickets not purchased online will incur additional fees of $5-$10.

Companion Offer Terms & Conditions: To participate you must register for the promotion prior to booking travel, be a Dividend Miles member, and provide a valid e-mail address. Registrant is responsible for ensuring Dividend Miles credit is received for each flight to qualify for this promotion. Please allow 4-6 weeks after travel completion for mileage to be credited to your Dividend Miles account. e-Certificates will be emailed to qualifiers, beginning June 1, 2006.

Qualifiers will receive a maximum of one companion pass e-Certificate per Dividend Miles account. Companion pass e-certificate must be redeemed on usairways.com between June 1, 2006 and October 31, 2006 and is valid for travel August 20, 2006 – November 15, 2006.Passenger responsible for paying all taxes and fees for the companion pass. Offer valid for 2 persons in the same reservation traveling with the same roundtrip itinerary. Free companion ticket is awarded by applying a 50% discount to each ticket in a two-passenger itinerary. Taxes and fees noted above apply to the full value of both tickets. Ticket refundability is based on restrictions of the fare purchased. Itinerary changes are subject to availability. A $100 change fee per passenger and difference in fare may apply. The change must fall within the travel period specified in this offer. This promotion is not combinable with any other discounts or promotional offers.

Companion offer is non-transferable and not valid toward the refund or reissue of previously purchased tickets. The name on the companion pass e-Certificate must match one of the names on the companion pass itinerary. Seats for travel are subject to availability and seating restrictions. All fares are subject to change until actually purchased. The companion pass has no cash value. It is non-refundable for cash or any other consideration, and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. E-Certificate is void when sold for cash or any other consideration.
