What denominations are available for US Airways gift cards?
We offer $50, $100, $250 and $500 gift card denominations online. Contact our Reservations Center at 800-428-4322 to purchase gift cards in other amounts. You can also buy certain denominations at participating retailers.
Do US Airways gift cards expire or devalue over time?
US Airways gift cards do not have an expiration date and do not lose their value over time.
How do I check the balance on my US Airways gift card?
Check your balance online or call our 24-hour Reservations Center at 800-428-4322.
What can I purchase with my US Airways gift card?
Gift cards are redeemable for air travel and related taxes and security fees on US Airways entire network. Gift cards cannot be used for add collects, change fees or with any other form of compensation (i.e. FTA, transportation voucher).
Where can I redeem my US Airways gift card?
You can redeem your gift card by calling the Reservations Center at 800-428-4322. US Airways gift cards are not accepted at airport ticket counters or city ticket offices.
Can I redeem my America West gift card for US Airways flights?
Yes. America West gift cards do not expire and can be redeemed for travel and related taxes and security fees for flights on US Airways entire route network.
Will I be charged the $10 ticketing fee when redeeming my gift card?
No. The $10 ticketing fee is waived when you redeem a gift card through the Reservations Center.
What if my gift card is lost or stolen?
Please read our terms and conditions regarding lost or stolen cards and call our Reservations Center at 800-428-4322.
Are there any maintenance fees?
US Airways does not charge any usage or monthly maintenance fees.
Can I reload the US Airways gift card?
Currently, US Airways gift cards cannot be reloaded.
