- Fares to Brussels, Milan and London are valid for travel through December 11, 2008 or from December 26, 2008 - March 22, 2009.
- Fares to Dublin are valid for travel through March 1, 2009.
- Double miles offer is valid for tickets purchased from October 20 - December 31, 2008 for travel through February 28, 2009.
- Blackout dates apply.
- Fares do not include international taxes/fees of up to $98 per roundtrip itinerary.

- Tickets are non-refundable; any changes to transatlantic/transpacific flights originating in the U.S. will incur a minimum $250 fee.
