Contracted Corporate Client

Procedure For Monthly Segment Data Transfer

As a valued customer of US Airways, we would like to thank you for the support you have given our airline. As we continue to improve our overall performance - from on-time arrivals to excellent customer service - we will be implementing a new in-house reporting process to help monitor our customers' contract performance. This new format will allow us to facilitate more accurate contract measurement, allowing both parties to evaluate the same data. The monthly data must be supplied in the following format by the 15th of the month:

•  Data should include any segments flown during the reporting month

•  Comma-separated text file

•  Data must include all US Point of Sale (POS), including International destinations, client activity (not just markets where US has activity)

•  The following data elements must be included in the file and in the following order:

•  Market (sample format: AAA-BBB – non-directional, in alpha order)

•  Total Segments (sample format: 23456 – no commas)

•  Total US Segment-US (sample format: 12345 – no commas)

•  Total Air Amount (sample format: 456789 – no dollar sign, no commas, rounded to the nearest dollar)

•  Total US Air Amount-US (sample format: 234567 – no dollar sign, no commas, rounded to the nearest dollar)

•  If there was no US activity in a market, the US fields should be zero (0)

•  The Total Segment and Total Air Amount fields should include US activity (do not net out US tickets or air spend)
