We begin tracing your bag as soon as you report a delay, and make every reasonable effort to return your bag within 24 hours. You can track the status of your bag online with the file reference provided to you when you reported the delay.

If your file reference has 5 letters and exactly 5 numbers (ex: PHLUS12345):

If your file number has 5 letters and more than 5 numbers, including zeros
(ex: PHLUS00000012):
