to 90 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time. You can also upgrade to first class and
change your seat assignment(s). If you are checking bags, take them to any US Airways skycap (domestic flights only), the airport
kiosk line (where available)
or the US Airways ticket counter.

The name on your reservation must match the name on your passport exactly. If there is a discrepancy, go to the

If you know you will not arrive at the gate 15 minutes prior to your flight's scheduled
departure time, please call US Airways Reservations at 800-428-4322. An agent will cancel your
reservation and help you to rebook your travel. Fees and penalties may apply.

If you are not checking bags, proceed directly to the security checkpoint and then to
your departure gate. You do not need to check-in at the ticket counter or with a gate agent when you arrive.

Yes. We display available seats for all of the flights in your
reservation. However, sometimes we cannot show every open seat and it will appear that every
seat is taken. When this happens, continue the check-in process and we will
assign you a seat automatically.

Sometimes we are unable to display a seat map for certain flight or flights operated by certain carriers.

Yes. First, we check to make sure First Class is available on your flight(s). Then,
we offer complimentary upgrades to Preferred Dividend Miles members. All other passengers
can purchase an upgrade at the gate if seats are available.

To standby for First Class, use Web Check-in and ask the gate agent at the airport
to add you to the standby list.

Please see an agent at the ticket counter for a new boarding pass (you cannot use the kiosk).

Make sure that you have tried to use your browser's print feature to print the boarding pass, just like you would print any other Internet page. A print problem relates to your web browser, network, or printer and not the Web Check-in product.
If you are unable to successfully print your boarding passes, please proceed to the airport ticket counter. If you clicked the Check-in & Print Boarding Passes button, you are checked-in.

Please go to an US Airways Skycap (domestic flights only) or the airport ticket counter to check-in and receive your boarding pass or call the Internet Support Desk at 800-327-7810.

No. Please go directly to the jet-bridge door when your row number or group number is called for boarding. The agent will then collect your printed boarding pass and validate you are permitted to board.
