What’s a mobile boarding pass?
A boarding pass that is delivered to your mobile phone. When you get to the airport, you can scan the mobile boarding pass at security and at the gate.
Will a mobile boarding pass work on my phone?
Our mobile boarding pass will work on most web-enabled smartphones operated by AT & T, Sprint, Verizon and T-Mobile.
How will you send my mobile boarding pass?
We’ll send you an email with a link that will open your mobile boarding pass in a browser. If you have connections, you’ll get one email for each flight.
Will I be charged?
Depending on your mobile service provider, you’ll be charged standard data transfer rates. Our text will not exceed 30 KB.
Can I always get a mobile boarding pass?
We're rolling out mobile boarding passes in certain cities. If you’re traveling through one of the roll-out cities, you’ll see the option to send your mobile boarding passes to your phone at the end of Web Check-in.
How do I use my mobile boarding pass at the airport?
Show your mobile boarding pass at the security check point and when you board the plane. Be sure your screen is clean and have the mobile boarding pass open so that the barcode fully visible on the screen. If you have connections, you'll get one email for each flight.
What if I accidentally delete my mobile boarding pass?
Just go to Web Check-in, enter your information and check that you’d like another mobile boarding pass.
What if the battery on my mobile phone dies?
You can either ask someone at the airport or go to an airport kiosk.
What if my mobile phone is lost or stolen?
You can either ask an agent at the airport or go to an airport kiosk.
