Do you have a physical store?

Yes. Please come visit! We're at Corporate Headquarters in Tempe, Arizona, on the first floor. We're open Monday – Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.

How do I reset my password?

From the 'account' page, click 'forgot your password' and enter your email address. We'll send an email with your password within 5 minutes.

Do employees and retirees get a discount?

Yes, employees and retirees get a 15% discount on most items. To get your 15% discount, enter your new badge or your travel ID in the 'discount code' section after you add an item to your cart. You only need to do this once, and we'll apply your discount to any eligible items.

When will my order arrive?

We ship most of our items with FedEx, and most shipments arrive in 2 – 5 business days.

You may have purchased something on clearance. When you checked out, we showed you an employee or retiree discount, but there are no additional discounts for clearance items, so your card was charged slightly more.

Do I have to use FedEx to ship my items?

Yes. We leverage our relationship with FedEx to offer shipping at a flat rate of $5.95 for domestic U.S. orders. All orders are insured against theft or damage.

Due to the high volume of requests, we're not able to accommodate school donations. Check out the Trade Show category for great inexpensive items, such as child wings, luggage tags, pens and pencils.

You can return most items within 30 days of your original order.

I live outside the United States. Can you ship to me?

Yes! Just place your order and put your mailing address in the 'comments' section. We'll quote your price and contact you so you can decide if you want to place the order. Orders outside the U.S. usually take 2 – 3 days to process.
