Yes. Please come visit! We’re at Corporate Headquarters in Tempe, AZ on the first floor. We’re open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.

How do I reset my password?

From the ‘account’ page click on ‘forgot your password’ and enter your email address. We’ll send an email with your password within 5 minutes.

Do employees and retirees get a discount?

Yes, employees and retirees get a 15% discount on most items. To get your 15% discount, enter your new badge or your travel ID in the ‘discount code’ section after you add an item to your cart. You only need to do this once and we will apply your discount to any eligible items.

When will my order arrive?

We ship most of our items arrive with FedEx and most shipments arrive within 2-5 business days.

Was your card charged more than you thought?

You may have purchased something on clearance. When you checked out, we showed you an employee or retiree discount, but there are no additional discounts for clearance items, so your card was charged slightly more.

You may have forgotten to enter in your employee or retiree information for the 15% discount but we noticed that you’re a US Airways employee, added the discount and your card was charged less than you expected!

Yes. We leverage our relationship with FedEx to offer shipping at a flat rate of $5.95 for domestic U.S. orders. And, all orders are insured against theft or damage.

Due to the high volume of requests we’re not able to accommodate school donations. Check out the ‘Trade Show’ category for great inexpensive things like child wings, luggage tags, pens and pencils.

You can return most items within 30 days of your original order.

I live outside the United States. Can you still ship to me?

Yes! Just place your order and put your mailing address in the ‘comments’ section. We’ll quote your price and contact you so you can decide if you want to place the order. Orders outside the U.S. usually take 2-3 days to process.
