Where can I redeem my US Airways gift card?

You can redeem your gift card by calling the Reservations Center at 800-235-9292. US Airways gift cards are not accepted at US Airways ticket counters or City Ticket Offices. Online gift card redemption will be available in the near future.

Can I redeem my America West gift card for US Airways flights?

Yes. America West gift cards do not expire and can be redeemed for travel and related taxes and security fees for flights on US Airways entire route network.

Will I be charged the ticketing fee when redeeming my gift card?

The ticketing fee is waived when you redeem a gift card through Reservations.

What if my gift card is lost or stolen?
