We send our congratulations to Captain Chesley Sullenberger on his return to work for US Airways and extend our best wishes to him and First Officer Jeff Skiles as they reunite for Captain Sullenberger's first trip back.


Some of us plan to return to active duty as flight attendants before the year is over, while others are still taking the time we need to decide what's next in our lives.

We are proud of the work we did on Flight 1549 and know the more than six thousand flight attendants at US Airways — and flight attendants across our profession — are working just as hard, every day, to help keep the skies safe.
