Can't use your award ticket? Dividend Miles lets you redeposit your miles back into your account.

A $150 redeposit fee will apply per ticket unless you are a Chairman's Preferred member. Canceled paper tickets must be returned to the Dividend Miles Service Center. Once travel has commenced on an award ticket, the award is considered used.
