Agent discounts (AD75)

Our coupon-free program allows you to book unlimited discounted travel and make changes through direct access. The discount applies to the lowest unrestricted Y fare in each market, Main Cabin only. Fare basis is the unrestricted Y fare you are using, followed by AD75, which must be entered in the tour code box of the ticket. Segments must be booked in ‘E’ class (formerly ‘R’ class).

Travel agency reduced-rate travel is considered non-revenue and is not eligible for AAdvantage® miles credit or any type of compensation for lost/damaged/delayed baggage or denied boarding. Reservations cannot be booked more than 30 days before US flight segments or combined with any other offer, promotion, voucher or certificate. Travel is valid on US metal only (not on codeshare flights), and stopovers are not permitted unless specified by fare rules. Blackout dates apply.

Booking your flight


All tickets must be issued by the agency. (Ticket issuance by US Airways Reservations, More Care, ATO or CTO is not permitted.) Appropriate FOP as outlined in the ARC handbook is required. Positive-space travel under the reduced-rate program does not have priority over revenue passengers. Waitlist/standby is not permitted on positive-space travel.

Changes and upgrades

You may change travel dates and times (based on availability) before travel begins for a change fee. No routing changes are permitted once travel has commenced. All travel must be completed 1 year from the date of ticket issuance. Upgrades can only be purchased through the GoUpgrades program at the airport on the day of departure.

Companions & pets

One companion is permitted. Travel agent and companion must be booked and ticketed at the same time and at the same discount level. Travel agent must accompany companion on all segments of the itinerary. Program conditions same as agent. Companion fare basis is the same as the travel agent’s, followed with a C. Examples: Y8AD75C, Y6AD75C.

Cabin pets are permitted for a fee each way for agents flying positive space, based on availability, according to US Airways pet policy.

At the airport

ID requirements

For domestic travel, a valid IATAN, SATO, CATO or UFTAA card is required. For international travel, a valid passport and either an UFTAA card or a signed letter from the employing agency (on company letterhead) confirming employment and agency IATA number is required.

Dress code

All passengers traveling on AD75 must dress in casual business attire. US Airways gate agents are instructed to enforce this dress code, and passengers who fail to dress appropriately may be denied boarding.

Terms and conditions

Tickets are non-commissionable and non-refundable. All applicable taxes, fees and surcharges are the responsibility of the user and must be paid at time of ticket issuance. All reservations are subject to a 24-hour ticketing time limit. Schedules and cities served by US Airways are subject to change without notice.

E-ticketing is recommended because lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.
