The claim process allows you to view and take ownership of PNRs booked by Reservations. Unclaimable PNRs include already ticketed and group PNRs and PNRs containing already flown segments and codeshare flights.

With this enhancement, there is no need to call the More Care Center for referral bookings. Using the claim process will allow all changes and requests to the PNR to be handled in an automated fashion. All changes including schedule, segment, name, seat and special SSR messages will be generated through the system.
