Tickets can be fully refunded (for travel within the U.S. and between the U.S. and Canada) in certain time frames.

  • At least 3 days prior to departure from origin
  • Within a day after the purchase, if the purchase was made less than 3 days prior to departure

Some fares are non-refundable. It may take longer to fully refund tickets for international flights due to regulatory/government filings.
