We've opened up waiting list capabilities

We've opened up waiting list capabilities to Amadeus, Apollo, Galileo, Sabre and World Span.

You can now waitlist customers for sold out US Airways marketed and operated flights (flight series 1-4999).

These classes are valid for waitlist between 2 and 60 days before departure:

  • Y & B

These classes are valid for waitlist between 5 and 60 days before departure:

  • C & F

We consider all waitlist requests to be an intention to travel. If your client decides not to travel, you are required to cancel your request.

Once a waitlist clears we will KL waitlisted segments, HX any duplicate segments and the PNR will automatically queue place in your system. You must clean up the PNR and confirm and ticket any waitlisted segments within 24 hours or on the next business day (whichever comes first).

If you do not confirm and ticket waitlisted segments, we will DL the waitlisted segments and reinstate the original itinerary. As with other inappropriate booking practices, you will be subject to a debit memo for not confirming and ticketing within 24 hours.
