Customers with ticketing issues must report to the ticket counter at least 80 minutes before departure. Security checkpoints close 60 minutes before departure.

All direct and connecting passengers and their bags are pre-cleared by U.S. Customs and Immigration before departing from Montreal. U.S. Customs stops processing passengers at 7:30 PM. All passengers must be checked in by 6:30 PM regardless of flight time.
