Priority check-in, security and boarding

Enjoy a faster, more convenient airport experience. With PreferredAccess, you can skip the line and check in at designated priority ticket counters, sail through security and be among the first to board.

You can add PreferredAccess to your trip during Web Check-in, starting from $10 per person, per direction.

A few things to keep in mind:

  • PreferredAccess may not be available for all trips
  • Priority lanes may not be available in every airport or at every gate
  • First Class/Envoy customers and Dividend Miles Preferred members will still board first

Terms & Conditions


Priority lanes for checking bags and security screening are not available at all airports. PreferredAccess is sold per person and is non-refundable and not transferable. PreferredAccess must be used for the date and flight you originally purchased. If you buy an upgrade, PreferredAccess will not be refunded. PreferredAccess will not expedite Customs. Overhead bin space is not guaranteed by PreferredAccess. If US Airways cancels your flight, causes you to miss a connection or you're denied boarding on an oversold flight and we're unable to provide PreferredAccess, please call 800-428-4322 to request a refund.
