Our First Class fare is healthy and delicious. You'll always have a choice, but the choices vary depending on when and where you go!
First Class meals are served on flights over 3.5 hours between 5 AM and 8 PM.
Start the day off right with a variety of breakfast options such as an omelet with sautéed peppers served with chicken sausage and potatoes or strawberry yogurt with orange-almond granola; both accompanied by fresh fruit and a croissant.
Enjoy our brunch-inspired selections ranging from a deli platter loaded with turkey, roast beef, cheddar, provolone, fresh fruit and an onion roll to a three-cheese quiche served with a spring mix salad and a freshly-baked pumpkin seed roll.
Our lunch options are all about choice from a barbeque chicken sandwich served with coleslaw and a freshly-baked roll to a Chinese chicken salad with cucumbers, tomatoes, chow mein noodles with a side of sesame oriental dressing and an onion roll. Top off your selection with a delicious slice of cheesecake or pie.
Satisfy your appetite with a selection of pastas and sandwiches such as chipotle chicken penne with peas and red and yellow peppers, served with a spring mix salad, freshly-baked roll and a white chocolate macadamia cookie or a chicken pesto artichoke sandwich with an Italian pasta salad and a warm chocolate chip cookie.
Your dinner begins with a salad course featuring delicious options such as a baby spinach and arugula salad with candied pecans, served with a freshly-baked pumpkin seed roll. For the main course, you will be delighted with entrees such as sun-dried tomato and artichoke chicken with baked parmesan polenta or a pork loin with port wine sauce, fingerling potatoes and roasted red peppers.
