How do I get boarding passes on my app?
First you must register in the app. Then, tap on 'Boarding pass wallet' on the main screen and enter your email address. We’ll send you a verification email. Click the link to confirm your registration.
When you check in, choose ‘Send my passes to my smartphone’ and include the email address you used to register in the app. We'll send all your boarding passes to the app when you check in – whether you check in online, on our mobile site or within the app!
How do I add mobile boarding passes to Passbook®?
Check in on usairways.com or in the app. When we ask 'How do you want your passes?' check 'Send my passes to my smartphone.' If you have an iPhone or iPod Touch, install Passbook (operating system iOS 6) and tap 'Add to Passbook' from your mobile boarding pass.
How do I update my mobile boarding pass email?
Tap on the settings icon in the upper right corner from the home screen or from the boarding pass wallet view (if you're already registered). When you choose 'Update email' from either settings menu, you'll be taken through the registration process again.
To delete an email address, go to the settings menu and choose 'Update email.' Find the email address you want to delete and swipe. It's simple as that!
Will I still get mobile boarding passes automatically if I check in before I register in the app?
No, we won’t automatically send boarding passes to your device.
If you checked in before registration, you’ll need to check in again, choose ‘Send my passes to my smartphone’ and include the email address you used to register. Then go back to your boarding pass wallet and you'll see mobile boarding passes for that trip.
How does 'My trips' work?
If you’re logged in to Dividend Miles, we’ll store your upcoming flights for the next 30 days in 'My trips.' You can also 'Add a trip' by confirmation code or ticket number and departure date.
What can I do in 'My trips?'
'My trips' is where you can see all of your travel information in one place. You can check in for your flight (you'll see a check-in reminder when it’s time). You can also email your trip to a friend, tag/title your trip, check for gate information and flight status...and more.
Can I access Dividend Miles information on the app?
Yes, you can look up your username, reset your password, see your balance, check Preferred status and read the latest Dividend Miles news. You can even apply for a US Airways MasterCard®. If you select ‘keep me logged in’ you’ll stay logged in to the app even when your session expires.
